However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.

She is very knowledgeable and gave great details about each movement. I have a particular injury and she was so good about explaining the benefits of what we were doing and the why behind it. I was very impressed with her ability to understand each individual’s needs. I would highly recommend her classes and can’t wait to go again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenUnexpected, in a good way. Thought it would be more of a typical “follow along” format, but this was very educational. I liked how Katrina used the tv and walked around with a book showing diagrams of the various pressure points, explaining their purposes. She provided guidance and came to help everyone make adjustments, but also let us move in our own ways to ensure we were getting what we needed. This was not a “relaxing” class for me, but more like “deep tissue” sports recovery where it’s almost painful working the pressure points, but I felt 10x better after. I haven’t seen other classes like this and think it’s a great offering.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely LOVED this class! It was the perfect blend of a chill flow and some nice restorative poses at the end to unwind before bed! Nycole is an amazing instructor and took extra care with those new to yoga. I can’t wait to come back!
