Athena and Nathan ended class with the harmonium and guitar with the most beautiful Bhakti practice. This class is such a delight; a real treat in Orange County.

However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.

alle beoordelingen weergevenKelly was super attentive despite it being a LARGE group. Studio was organized, spacious, and clean. The hot yoga sequences were great and tested endurance. It went fast so it’s not a great class for a beginner who doesn’t know basic yoga moves terminology. However, Kelly was very helpful with prompts on how to have better form.

It was my first time in this studio and I loved learning about ways to enhance our mobility for daily health or as a necessary step before doing more strenuous activities. The studio is clean and has extra mats for those who forget to bring theirs to class. I’ll be back!

My only two cents, and I mean this more constructive rather than negative criticism, please slow down when you speak. At times, it was hard to understand the poses and/or transitions you were calling out.
