alle beoordelingen weergevenJenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

I really appreciated the extra time he took to help me with my form and movements. I look forward to another one of his classes - they flow really well and I felt like I got a good workout in to start my day!!
