alle beoordelingen weergevenJenni has a very spiritual / yogi energy that is lovely! 🧘🏻♀️Her formula class is more yoga flow heavy and yoga pose oriented vs barre/pilates. However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor Sylvia was fantastic. She was really good at explaining, demonstrating and repeating the moves. The class felt very welcoming for a first timer and it definitely gives you a good workout. Surprisingly to me, you will feel the burn! I would say it’s for all levels but for beginners it’s good to know some basic movements (child’s pose, down ward dog, warrior)
