This is not a class for beginners, but Esther still makes a point to give hands on corrections, modifications and progressions throughout her flows.

Such a creative and refreshing class and gorgeous studio. Only thing you should keep in mind is parking! Give yourself time cause it’s in a permitted area!

The studio is gorgeous and David was so charming and humerous. And the best part was leaving refreshed, as opposed to just feeling sore. Can’t wait to come back!

I got a full workout even though I am more of a beginner because she was able to explain things so well. The whole class ran very smoothly. She’s excellent! The studio is also very nice, clean and welcoming!
