alle beoordelingen weergevenI was excited to attend William’s class! I had heard a lot about it, especially since I am struggling with hip issues… arthritis and tightness. I made it to class and I’m so grateful I did! William starts off by easing you into the practice and then he prompts us to transition into other poses. Will’s timing and yoga prompts were spot on. As we move into the different poses, William explained each pose and guides you as you so that you can rest and find release in the pose. The next day, I was in complete awe of how much better my hips felt. I will definitely take William’s class again! There are other classes I want to try at Torch too. The facility in VA Beach is clean and well maintained. There definitely has a yoga community vibe and everyone is so welcoming and nice. For safety reasons and to promote a quiet environment during a class, the front entrance is usually locked during a class. But 15 or so minutes before the next class the entrance is open. Very common practice at yoga studios.
