She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.

I’m a “meet you where you are” “give yourself grace” “listen to your body” kind of yoga girl and this instructor was AMAZING for me. Hope she has more evening classes for me to attend.

Shannon even surprised us with a divine sound bath that transported me into another realm. Her instruction is clear, her classes are creative and she is just so kind. 10/10 can’t recommend more.
