At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

There is a mini fridge with waters so you can stay hydrated and each room has a packet of large wipes so you can freshen up after your session - they literally have thought of everything! I love the personal session, but the sauna is spacious enough where a partner session is not crammed. I cannot recommend this place enough!
