First time in a long time since I did any of the poses so it was not as easy as I thought. I will still come back and try other classes.

I am out of shape right now and there were lots of options to modify the workout for what I could do, and still got a great burn in my muscles and got my sweat on. The instructor is fun and engaging, even though there was music playing it was easy to hear and understand her instructions. Tips for others: bring a mat and hand weights! she may have some to loan, but you may prefer your own.

alle beoordelingen weergevenOpen Jazz had a warm up and dance that they’ve been working on the last few weeks. I’d rate the class more as intermediate/advanced but it was tons of fun with no pressure to perform super well. Ana had great energy and was helpful throughout! If you need to go over certain parts, you have to be proactive and ask because she often is doing the dance with us so she doesn’t see much of the areas we struggle with. Overall, great experience! I would definitely want to come back again and possibly warm up with the class before (turns).

It was a large class for the Thursday beginners and pretty equal on leaders and followers. The instructors were helpful and funny. We changed partners every minute or two so it was great to meet so many different people and see their different dancing styles! I’m definitely coming back again soon!
