She is incredibly experienced so guides you in the practise in a relaxed but fun way whilst sharing her extensive knowledge. She brings an abundance of energy at 6.45am in the morning and makes it an inviting space despite the advance nature of the class.

I particularly loved introduction to today’s practice - offering an invitation to approach each asana through new perspectives and lenses, exploring attachment and non-attachment, and connecting to yoga philosophy. I left class and the centre with a smile and my body felt happy :) Thank you and I look forward to attending again!

Wish triyoga opened a Chiswick studio..have just moved and there’s none like triyoga (yoga west is closed down) . Came all the way to Ealing just for Charlie’s class. Heavenly

I always leave this class with a smile on my face and sense of satisfaction that I've done a good workout (she may be friendly but she will make sure you're doing the work!)

I wish there were lockers or a proper changing room at Bhuti, the garden dome might also make the practice a tiny bit complicated if there are more than 3 yogis attending because of the lack of space.

I really like the fact the instructor was focusing on me and correcting me or challenging me. I felt I could improve long term rather than just another yoga class.
