The meditation and intention-setting journaling is a great way to end the class with a clear mind and powerful intentions for your day ahead. I felt rejuvenated after this class and even got to make some friends and have uplifting interactions with other classmates thanks to the community aspect of this class

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was a lot of fun. It’s really loud so I would recommend putting earplugs if sensitive, she’s very encouraging but again loud. Will go again. Class was very doable for a beginner if never done spin or Pilates.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was great! It wasn't a workout, it was streching on the reformer. The only thing I wish is that this studio would do some dusting! The end of ropes for the leg loops and the fan desperately need it.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this class! It was my first ever Barre class. The instructor, Sue, was great at walking me through everything before class started and getting me set up. She also helped me a few times throughout class when she noticed I was a little lost. The other attendees were very friendly and motivating as well. I’ll definitely be back!
Barre Central is the premier spot to to strengthen your mind, body and soul. Warm…
