alle beoordelingen weergevenI love Kristina’s classes. I took my very first class at this studio with her and continue to take her classes. She is such a talented and experienced instructor. She is very kind and sweet w all yogis and makes you feel welcomed from day 1. Her classes will challenge you and make break a sweat. If you want a slower paced one, try the slow flow! Also, she ends her classes with sound bowls. I have done her sound bath sessions and they are phenomenal. You will sleep like a baby after them!!!

The meditation and intention-setting journaling is a great way to end the class with a clear mind and powerful intentions for your day ahead. I felt rejuvenated after this class and even got to make some friends and have uplifting interactions with other classmates thanks to the community aspect of this class

And for evryone saying the floor is too hard, they have extra mats and they don’t charge you to use them like other studios in town do. Wonderful instructors, vibes, and classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want other people to discover this class. Wowowowowowow!!! This was truly a beautiful yoga experience. I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!

For some reason I thought the class would be outside so I’ve been avoiding this place because it’s been so hot, but they have a beautiful space. The yoga studio is small and intimate, which I think is nice because it means smaller class sizes. Teacher was fab, great adjustments and good vibes

Jess guides a welcoming and lovely slow flow that encourages presence and ease, using the background hum of nature as a soundtrack to the class.
