alle beoordelingen weergevenLimar was a wonderful instructor! It was my first time and they explained where things were, included new participants in class and kept the energy high when the burn hits! The one downside is the changing room is way too small for the amount of people in the class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

alle beoordelingen weergevenAlex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.
