Plenty of room and equipment for everyone though. Great to have water on tap - hot or cold. Facilities clean and well-maintained as usual. Pool was also busy but it’s so huge I was able to swim lengths uninterrupted and without disturbing anyone else’s pool time either. Friendly staff too. All-round, a fabulous couple of hours!

The instructor was Jenny who guided the newbies through the circuit stations. She took pains to explain what the equipment was for and which set of muscles were used. The instructor is very engaging and gives very clear cues to ensure that we can follow the steps, all while reminding us that just enjoying ourselves and moving is really what matters more. The studio is within a stone’s throw from Chinatown and Clarke Quay MRT, making it so convenient, and the studio itself is well ventilated and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating as well.
