It is really as what the reviews said, so rejuvenating for the hands. The massage is not limited to the hands area, actually involves your shoulders to your forearms too! It can be quite painful for those with low pain tolerance but Shufei really provided knowledgable insight on my body, where it is tight and asked questions about posture, habits to understand better. I had a male masseuse - something to keep in mind for females, but it was not uncomfortable. Only other thing to note is that most of the masseuse there may not be able to understand English.
