    Danielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

    Stacy is an incredible instructor. Super motivating and always plays great music! I wasn’t sure how I felt about the leadership board- so I asked to be removed (you can do that!). However, I found the competition aspect quite fun! I would highly recommend her classes!

    Classical Mat: Fundamentals

    Chris was really patient and helpful in answering my questions as a Pilates newbie with a chronic pain background. The studio is relatively small, with clearly defined areas and it seems at least two classes happening at the same time. Love the location for proximity to my crosstown commute (Fremont to Madrona). Overall, a positive experience and I’ll go back!
