    Really loved Colman’s layout of this class! It made it go by so much faster even though it was still really challenging. But the consistent back and forth with the treads and turf felt natural. Made it feel more doable in bite sized hard efforts.

    Incredible class - probably the most challenging class I’ve had at KLPM, Alexa was so good! She provided modifications to up or down level, too, so I think it’s good for all levels, including advanced students who really want a burn.

    Such a sweet teacher. I really enjoyed this class a lot. The time flew by. We went late so my only note would be for the teacher to alert the class that we’re going over time and invite anyone who needs to go to go, but aside from that it was a good workout and I’ll definitely be back.

    Teacher was lovely and very focused on form and each student but i just am not into solidcore. The moves are too fast, lagree is supposed to go much slower. I dont like the machines they feel very flimsy compared to other lagree reformers. Not much support on the body. The workout feels very corporate. PE ruins everything it touches and this is another example.

    Good workout and instructor is full of life and sure to put you in a good mood. Only suggestion to the gym like others mention on here - is for a timer to be incorporated. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better
