I did the two hour combo massage and Maithai knew exactly where to apply pressure and how long to focus on my problem areas with almost no information from me. I just mentioned where I have been experiencing soreness and she took care of the rest. I would definitely recommend this massage to folks who feel their body is chronically in sore due to workouts and/or repeated overuse of certain muscles. I went with medium pressure which resulted in just the best therapeutic relief (with right kind of in-the-moment pain where you know your knots are being sorted!).
