The only thing I haven't loved about the studio is that it's next door to Crash INC which is a wonderful organization that helps people with recovery/re-entry into the community but every time I come and have to pass there always happens to be men out front who try to speak with me. Definitely kills my zen mood lol

Took the Hot Vinyasa class for intermediate yoga students and the description was accurate. I plan on coming back to try another class but wanting to try out other studios in the area before committing to one.

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!

Her meditation style is very unique which makes the experience more pleasant. I particularly liked the location, it has a spectacular view of the ocean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is just starting their meditation journey or has been on the path for a while!
