Upbeat and you can challenge yourself or take it easy depending on how much weight you use but wow you’ll be jelly at the end. Great class for strength training.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor was amazing, as usual. First impression of the new studio wasn’t great. Not a fan of the concrete floor. The coldness went right through my mat. Easily fixed with a blanket. Otherwise, the teacher and students there give a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try yoga.
