I HIGHLY recommend the facial though! Neetu took her time, worked carefully on extractions and double checked her work toward the end, extracting a few extra things. She was thoughtful and engaged in her work.

I’ve used other lasers where cold air is just pushed after the sting, but this laser has it running continually. I felt very comfortable with the staff as well. I took one 1 star away because as pleasing and relaxing it was to be massaged, there was a bit of background music and someone was on a phone call so it kind of disrupted the peace. I didn’t mind it because it was my first time having a massage and I’ve noticed that my body is out of commission as she untied a few knots on my shoulder blade that I vaguely am aware of. The pressure was just right. I enjoyed it. I do would like to note that there is a $15 tip minimum per hour (reasonable as she does a lot within that hour. I didn’t realize hot stone was included which was a great experience. I definitely will be returning!! c:

Leo and his team really looks out for you and the health of your hair. He advised against it as my hair was damaged already and didn’t want to damage it further. He suggested a different tone based on my complexion and the current health of my hair. I trusted him fully and I’m in LOVE with the results! My hair has never been as soft after a color job. He was even accommodating to me moving up my appointment to an earlier time. Will definitely be coming back!
