alle beoordelingen weergevenWOO an amazing class!! This was the toughest yoga class I’ve ever taken so far. I haven’t taken many in person and did a lot at home but still! This was very intense and I failed sometimes but I could really feel my muscles strengthening. I was dripping with sweat. This was my second class I’ve taken here so far and I love this place and the instructor!! Would highly recommend. Just finished the class rn and I feel great.

Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!
