Beginner friendly and coach smiles has a very light mood, you woudnt feel intimidated or ashamed for adjusting or feeling new to the refomer. He does the right amount of push and sometimes jokes and laughs around if you feel like you are struggling (in a non offensive manner). We were only 3 in the class so he makes sure to correct our posture and forms. He gives also the right amount of encouragement. For the workout itself, i didnt expect to sweat so much. Near the end of the session I was shaking HAHAHAH. Expect 80% leg workout and 20% abs. I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s just starting out and wants to try something new. Thanks again coach smiles!

alle beoordelingen weergevenEvery time I think "maybe I've gotten better!" a new exercise proves me wrong. pilates is always wonderful but also always challenging!!! My core was very sore the day after. sign of a good workout!!!

Sir Willy was able to point out the areas that I need to work on. I also liked how he adjusted some of the workouts due to my poor lower back. Worth it yung 19 credits 😆 Will try to book it again 🫶🏻
