I noticed a day or so later in a work out class I was able to actually elongate my neck more because it was so stiff before the massage. I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues and I feel much better, will definitely be going back.

She walked on my back, really worked on the knots on my scapula/ shoulders. I already scheduled my next appointment and planning to come here regularly. Front desk is very welcoming. I like that they give you a paper at the beginning to circle parts of the body to focus on and preference on pressure, walking on the back, stretching. I think it’s really good way to clearly communicate my preferences.
