But Mia was awesome, the space was clean and not overbooked; and just excellent vibes. Once I’m clear of this free trial and I have the full version of class pass, I will be back!

I take a fair amount of yin and LOVE how she incorporated a block position that IMO added to the myofascial relief with more pressure. It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but that’s a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!
