She sticks to the true pilates techniques and really takes her time to explain the movements/concepts so that we understand and can succeed within our exercise. I’ve taken many classes with many different instructors and always find myself missing her method of teaching. She’s the only instructor i’ll drive 20 miles for to attend a class. Absolutely brilliant.

alle beoordelingen weergevenOverall this space is great and I love the services they provide. I came in to use the sauna and red light therapy. I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

I get squirmy with needles going into my vein and she did it super fast and nearly painless. I went with the Myers cocktail which has Vit C, B complex, zinc, magnesium and glutathione. Class pass members receive a free dose of B-12 on their first visit. Since the Myers cocktail already contained B-12, she swapped it out for B-6. The chairs are comfy and she gave me a heating packet for my hand and to ensure the fluids going in don’t get too cold. She answered all my questions and it was overall a very positive experience.
