I could tell Ruth had done a lot of prep for this class and it really showed in her prompts that helped me to close my eyes and have a fully embodied experience. the music was on point too 👌🏻 💫

Luke gives clear instructions that help me get into poses that are unfamiliar to me and he delivers his sequence with poise. He has a calming voice which fosters a relaxing and mediative experience and enables me to get the most out of the class. He strikes a good balance between making the class feel challenging but achievable for me. He is also attentive with offering corrections which has helped me to learn correct alignment and improved my practice. Luke will make you feel welcome at Ekah if you are trying the class for the first time :)

The instructor was great! She also fanned us all cool after the class with her towel! Which I think is super special!

Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. The vibe was so chill… Usually restore or Yin yoga is too “slow” for me but this one is a perfect combination of stillness & movements & stretching. Louise is energetic, caring and loving! She helped every single attendees and attentive to their needs. She kept coming to remind me for not tilting my head to one side which I greatly appreciate. Emma who assisted the class is very helpful too. I love Louise’s powerful and nurturing voice. 90 minutes passed by so quickly. I would definitely visit when I am in London. If all wellness practitioners have their love and energy, there will be more attendees who will join meditation classes.
