Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. I liked how Katrina used the tv and walked around with a book showing diagrams of the various pressure points, explaining their purposes. She provided guidance and came to help everyone make adjustments, but also let us move in our own ways to ensure we were getting what we needed. This was not a “relaxing” class for me, but more like “deep tissue” sports recovery where it’s almost painful working the pressure points, but I felt 10x better after. I haven’t seen other classes like this and think it’s a great offering.

You definitely can hear everyone coming in and out as other reviews say, but it didn’t bother me much at all, I just turned on some meditation music and focused on that. It’s definitely a splurge, but one I would say is absolutely worth it. Seemed to be extremely helpful with relieving my migraine as well as sore and achey muscles.

I was happy to see the size or the sauna was 2-3 person, so it gives you just enough space to lay down, stretch, and do some lymphatic massage. They provide a massage gym which is so nice. I lived they they provided a shower, though that space is all black and a little hard to see in there. I do wish they would provide hair conditioner and a body balm or lotion for after the shower. Some basic skincare products were provided, like rash cleaners, toner, face oil and face moisturizer which was nice. If you have dry hair/skin I’d recommend bringing a conditioner/leave in conditioner and a body lotion to your visit. Next time I wanna do it all, sauna, facial, hair cut. Very cool space!

I never had a massage like that before and I have gotten a ton of massages- I have a monthly membership to hand and stone and have a favorite person there - but Patti still may be one of my favorite massages!
