Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

Because of the smaller nature of the class, Bri and Teran had plenty of time to correct form if needed, provide modifications, and increase my intensity. The gym is clean and the community is wonderful. Will be coming back! Additional perk- down the street from the Saturday farmers market on Marguerite!
