The space is stunning, but there’s not a lot of light from the window and there’s no mirrors to check your form. The class was very relaxed and slow paced. KJ provided plenty of modifications for moves which makes this class really good for beginners.

Having come in with back issues he went through and analyzed what muscles I was Miss using and guided me to use the correct ones to relieve myself of any future back pain. He was super nice and informative and patient and I really enjoyed the experience would come again.!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
