alle beoordelingen weergevenGem of a teacher. One of the most unique teachers I’ve ever seen. Sophie’s voice is enchanting. Her cues are the most simple easy to follow cues. Even on hard poses that you don’t know how to get to with her guidance, you’ll get the idea immediately. The class itself is empowering. I got a great workout. Beginners got accommodating poses, advanced yogis got suggestions and empowerment. Oh and amazing adjustments and savasana!!

Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!
