Both classes I took with this instructor started out intense, and I prefer to ease into my workout. But I appreciate the challenge

She pushes you to be the best and challenges eveyone without it being too difficult or boring. It is a great workout for beginners and any dancers looking to improve their foundation, strength, and memory. The dance studio is very clean and the staff is very kind and professional.
