I’m also recovering from an ankle injury and got some super useful tips and exercises to help speed this along. Great massage from someone who really knows their stuff and lovely conversation too! He performed diagnostic procedures prior to the body massage (which I’d never have expected from a masseur) and consulted physiotherapist on site for her inputs after hearing my conditions. I think it’s the beauty of a well being centre that provides multidisciplinary therapy at one place. Will definitely recommend!
