Joleen is the esthetician/facialist partner of a cosmetic surgery practice on the Upper East Side. She was a total pro, evaluated my face and made specific recommendations of exactly what I needed. I peppered her with questions all through the facial; I felt like I was getting a free dermatology consultation. At the end she even texted me several links to products she recommends (Amazon links - she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, was just genuine advice). She was great and will go back!

I was greeted at the door by Melissa, who made me feel right at home as I waited for my spa experience to begin. She is one of the sweetest office managers, I've met so far. She was professional and answered all the questions that I had. The ambiance of the space, just made you feel warm and cozy for the season. The only thing missing was a toasty fireplace. Angela, my skincare specialist was unbelievably nice and so attentive to my skincare needs. First of all, you can tell she has a love and passion for what she does. She's also very knowledgeable about product ingredients and what goes into different brand products. It was a real pleasure talking to her and having her work her magic on my face. I highly recommend and please visit this Harlem jem.

I could tell the beautician just wanted to go home as she was texting during the facial and there were a lot of moments where she was not actively working on my face. After the facial I asked the front desk how long the facial was supposed to last and he said 50 minutes then diverted to say that they leave most of the time for extractions and that maybe I just didn’t have as many extractions. I get facials done monthly and wanted to try a new place out, but I’ve never heard of a facial being cut short 15 minutes because I didn’t have as many extractions. The facial was the most basic I’ve received and overall not a great experience so I won’t be coming back.
