It’s such a shame it’s being moved from a Saturday morning and into a different studio too with far less atmosphere that had been so welcome in all of blok yoga classes I’ve attended which have all been based in the studio upstairs. For this reason I will now be attending other yoga studios.

alle beoordelingen weergevenLaura's class is becoming a firm favourite. The flows allow you to push yourself if you want to but also learn and focus on technique. Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!
