So good :) the spa is so nice, very clean, lovely robes and towels and nice showers. New fave spot! The place is a pain for parking but use the parking lot off Pershing if you can’t find street.

He took the time to provide me with a skin analysis and recommended some steps to keep me looking young just like him haha. I will say I think my lashes may have been too small for the service to truly show but that was myself and unrealistic expectations from looking at before & after pictures and videos of lash lifts ! I can see a difference in my lashes and it looks like I used an eyelash curler right when I wake ! I would go back to try other services because they really do care about you and have great customer service ! Love this place !

alle beoordelingen weergevenI don’t typically write reviews but I feel like I should warn others. The facial is not with Joanna like it says when you book. I’ve had a facial with Joanna before and she is great. This facial was with another woman for some reason. It was extremely painful/rough with lots of burning. She was basically scraping my face during the extractions and then afterwards went right into microdermabrasion with no time in between. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of different places so I know what to expect but this wasn’t it. I left red and in a lot of pain. My skin barrier is definitely damaged and still in a lot of pain a day and a half later. My skin in general looks way worse than when I went in. Be careful!
