I enjoyed that the therapy had time on the upper and lower body and also incorporated the head massage for extra release. So grateful it was catered to avoid aggravating and hopefully help my injuries, it helped soften everything around where things are painful. Ending with the heat therapy, being wrapped in an electric sleeping bag, is a wonderful way to close and just makes you feel like all the effects of the massage can really seep in and soften. Right is the tightest point, I could feel the tension melting. She also did an amazing deep tissue massage. The massage was painful as all deep tissue massage, so maybe no ideal if you just want to relax. I could immediately feel the benefit, and the day after my neck is already much better. Thabk you.
