alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class is quite advanced, so complete beginner will struggle. Ive enjoyed it though, not used to 1.5h length so that was a surprise. Really great instructor, explaining the poses and how to correct yourself. Makes you work hard ! Will be back for more.
