I love that Kristie gave us a song to go at whatever level we could go and that was the final push for me to keep it going. I went up 3 levels and gave it my all. Felt good.

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuper awesome workout space- I really liked having the benches with all the weights included so you didn’t have to stop your workout to change weights. Bailey was a nice and welcoming instructor. My only complaint is that the mic Bailey had was really fuzzy and the music was loud so sometimes it was really hard to hear what she was saying. I got the movements from visual cues but I didn’t know how many reps/sets to do at many points in the workout. Overall a really fun, effective workout in 30 minutes. I will be back!

Such a great workout - One of the hardest workouts I’ve had (cue major muscle shakes lol) but felt amazing afterward! Def will be back
