Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

It was a super challenging class without all the fluffy yoga talk, which I absolutely loved. I have taken nearly every instructor class at urban and keri is by far my favorite. You can tell she really cares about her clients’ form and getting the most out of their workout by demonstrating each exercise and going into detail about proper body mechanics. I love how challenging and fun her classes are. She even plans the tempo of the music to match the intensity of the exercises. You will not regret signing up for her classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenUnexpected, in a good way. Thought it would be more of a typical “follow along” format, but this was very educational. I liked how Katrina used the tv and walked around with a book showing diagrams of the various pressure points, explaining their purposes. She provided guidance and came to help everyone make adjustments, but also let us move in our own ways to ensure we were getting what we needed. This was not a “relaxing” class for me, but more like “deep tissue” sports recovery where it’s almost painful working the pressure points, but I felt 10x better after. I haven’t seen other classes like this and think it’s a great offering.

She is very patient and very technical- which is the best if you really want to learn and appreciate the sport! I had so much fun and can’t wait for the next lesson!
