The format was thoughtful, verbal cues were seamless, the music was a complimentary fit, and demos when needed were helpful. I felt successful, challenged, and felt a part of an inclusive environment. I’ll definitely be back on my mat soon.

As a newish intermediate yogi that has difficulty audible processing, I’d love a bit more examples of the poses as we go or like instruction in combination with the pose names rather than only the pose names. But overall she’s great energy & vibe. I’d recommend. 💯
