She will introduce the class objective at the beginning and take care of every student’s condition, with the emphasis that we don't need to compare with others. She is also attentive to details, which helps us to understand our bodies and strengths more easily. Options are always provided so we don't need to force ourselves to limit. We can find a balance while trying challenging poses. Lucky to meet Miffy and her studio is pretty and comfortable too!
