At face value the place looks intimidating and the class was big but you break off into sections. I also let them know it was my first time and George would periodically come over to me

She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. She's supportive in the way that she pushes every student, and she individually checks on every single student to make sure that they are doing the ride correctly, and giving it their best. You can tell that her heart is 100% invested as a spent teacher. Great class! Awesome workout!!!!

I’ve done a lot of sound bath, and this one was incredible. One of the best I’ve ever been to the teacher was so sweet and kind and was able to play the instruments in such a powerful way. The front desk person at check-in. I wish I got her name. She was so kind and sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back when I am in town again
