Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. Also be warned they charge extra for a consult fee which isn’t really disclosed with the service. You’re sort of trapped paying it when you learn about it at check in. Disappointed in that aspect as the consult fee was almost 50% of the value of the credits used.
