alle beoordelingen weergevenChelly was absolutely amazing! I really loved the flow, her cues were on point, her voice was so gentle and soothing, and the playlist was fire. Also love that she gave us the option to stay or play so that we can work on our advanced poses. The class was wonderful.. However, I think the Studio needs to be better maintained. The ladies restroom should’ve been cleaned up in between classes. It was an absolute disaster in comparison to other YogaJoint studios. Also be prepared that parking outside is very limited, But they do have a garage outside of the studio, which offers complementary parking for yogis

She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

The only request is upbeat music for challenging, long held standing poses during the 1st half of class.. difficult to do to relaxing music! Also some reminders to breathe in sync with these movements would be wonderful. Mike’s cues were excellent and loved his attention to detail, alignment & adjustments!

Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!
