She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

Blew any cycle bar out of the water literally because not only is it on the beach but they provide shoes, amazing headphones where you can hear the super up beat instructors and an ice cold peppermint lavender towel at the end to cool off. Their bikes are nice but it’s not like cycle bar where it shows you what number your resistance is so you literally are focused on the ride and your feel of the bike rather than the number on the bike which was definitely refreshing and felt like I got a better ride!

Definitely try to get there at least 15/20minutes before hand so you can physically be prepared and mentally be ready. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try it again
