Although I'm new to yoga, she encouraged me and gave me tips on how to improve. Furthermore, each strong flow works with different parts of the body each Sunday. To conclude, Yara is a fantastic instructor who has gotten me hyped for doing yoga!

It felt very personal since the group was small and Catharina focused on every person individually. 75 minutes flew by and I left feeling a lot more relaxed and grounded than when I came in!
