She manages both beginners and advanced yogis to ensure everyone has the experience they would like. The room is very warm, but for those willing, the sweat feels great! Love this place

I loved the ALIGN class as it focused on form & your foundation in postures at a slower pace than your avg vinyasa or hot yoga class. I highly recommend this class & I’m excited to try out other classes from Good yoga:)

For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point. I followed Regina here from another studio - she is truly the best!
