However it felt very fast paced and there were times everyone was looking confused or to our neighbors for the next move because she was going super fast for a slow flow class. Would definitely take her again but not for slow flow.

I had a “circumstance” that made me late to class and I’m so grateful she held the door a few extra minutes so I could soak up her wonderful guidance and wisdom. My body needed the stretching but my mind was the true recipient of that practice, feeling love and warmth and all the things. Thank you again!

I did make mention that the lights could be dimmed way more and the shades should be closed as the traffic lights from Broadway were quite bright. It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.

All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered.
