alle beoordelingen weergevenThis isn’t on the studio but class pass wasn’t updated so I showed up and no one was there. The studio owner communicated well with me and offered a free class. This has happened multiple times with class pass and it’s a big let down to make it to a class (arrange child care and schedules, etc) to not be able to work out 🙁

alle beoordelingen weergevenI showed up to the address listed in ClassPass and it was a building with many suites and no indication of which one the studio was in. I checked all if the doors and they were locked beside one where a person was working on renovating and that person said none of the businesses were open. I tried to call the studio, but by that time, class would have already started and I left a message on the machine. I am concerned that I will be charged for this class that I was unable to attend.
